So far so good. Light & Fit Greek Yogurt (80 Cal), Burned 700something at the gym, only have broth planned for lunch and dinner is TBD, either spinach, half a chicken breast, or more broth, all keeping me under 600 for a fasting day. If all goes well I'll have a net loss of just under 3000 Cal at the end of the day! Hoping by Christmas I'll be down some weight, even if it's not noticeable, I'll know. Then come Easter, if I can keep to it, the fam will be like WOWSA!
