Wayyyy off track.

At the moment I’m committed completely to clients so far this week.
Aiming for a training session with my coach.
Two solid weight training sessions later in the week.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
