Funny to see that most of my weigh-ins are right at 160 or below. Seems like most of my weigh-ins recently have been >160, but I'm always able to get at least a few 160 or below readings each week. I've kept up the workouts pretty well even with the travel. I had a great 5.5 mile run in Provo as the snow was falling and the temps dropping. I've also added stairs back into my workouts along with the ladies from work.
I drove up to Provo thru Vegas this past week to pick-up DJ from BYU. He really loved it! He told me thank you on the weigh home and I could tell he really meant it. So we get to have him home for the next 6-weeks or so until he leaves on his mission Jan. 30th. I'm already missing him.
