I ate a bunch of holiday cookies and was also that time of month, lots of social stuff again, BUT, did boxing Saturday and rock climbing last night. Can't wait to have next week off! :) In 2013, I vow to have more fitness in my life and healthier eating = planning ahead.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
