Back on track with diet. Will attend pilates this morning for an hour. Still very limited on exercise options post-op so not meeting exercise standards. Drinking water in appropriate amounts.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
