Over in every nutrition benchmark. Ate a box of favorite cookies yesterday and another today sent by sister as a Christmas gift. I knew my sugar was high BEFORE I even ate the cookies, but did it anyway. Not sure why. Was worried about post-op incision being red so why would I let my sugars increase and make my healing even slower? In my twisted thinking somewhere is the thought that the cookies are no longer here to tempt me. Not reasonable, I know.
