Still early but like how this is going. Personally I find that the documenting everything that I eat is helping alot. Looking just this week to see how much just changing my eating habits (eating healthier)is going to affect my weight.
236.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
