Not sure what happened. Didnt go to the gym today but I did get out and do about an hour of walking. May still see if it is possible to go to gym but its not looking like it is ...
228.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
