Highest weight ever. With everyone around feeding me and encouraging me to eat I let go. Huge mistake. I'm working on being able to say no to my family. I'm a people pleaser and not saying no to junk food or extra large portions is part of that. I have a love=food family. Torture. I'll get back on track. I'm doing this for me and my future, my health. I can do this.

Reminding my family of my health issues gave us both a 'graceful' exit - I didn't feel the need to eat to please them and the didn't get their feelings hurt when I passed on the junk food, high fat homemade food etc.
