I sat at 169 for months and always stayed the same... then i didn't weigh myself from early november until now and i ballooned :( Time to start logging food...again
172.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
