WTF???
237.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't panic. It can be water. I can gain 5 lb over night if I have eaten something salty. Just keep watching what you eat, drink lots of water and get in some exercise. It should be down tomorrow. Also remember that a weight gain one day isn't necessarily to do with what you ate the day before. It may be from a day or 2 before that.

If you weigh in every day, you need to keep in mind that our bodies can go up and down by the hour for many different reasons (sodium, exercise, stress, TOM (time of month)etc.) If you have been staying on track, don't sweat it. Drink some water. As long as your weekly/monthly weight loss is in a downward trend, that is what is important.
