Lisa told me I can't bring our scale with us on vacation. I didn't log food yesterday, hoping to stay active enough to ward off too much gain. Had an awesome shredded prime rib sandwich at a local pub yesterday for lunch and for dinner went to a fancy restaurant (which had we looked at the menu prices ahead of time we would not have gone to).last night I had the Door County White fish - broiled, French onion soup, carrots and a baked potato (didnt eat potato, it's in the mini fridge for later). also came with a free lobster tail. never had lobster before but it was good.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Vacations are hard! I always expect a gain even for short weekends away. It comes off quickly as long as I don’t go overboard on eating. You’ll do fine! Just keep in mind that it’ll come off quickly and you are probably eating foods that you’ve been restricting. If so then you’ll have a bit of water gain for some foods but it doesn’t stick around more than a few days. You’ve got this!
