So far so good. Hopefully I will be able to walk some more than I have been, it's just been wayyy to hot and humid to manage even the short walks. I am still pretty happy overall with my progress :)
230.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
