basically fasted yesterday. had a protien bar at lunch then had a couple fries and a bite of left over cheese burger from my daughter's happy meal. glad to be back under 200#!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
