wow eating no meat is really agreeing with me!!!! do u see how much weight i am losing? OMGoodness....and I only been doing an hour of exercise a day. This, right here, right now, in this body, FEELS GOOD!!! *Happy dance*
165.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

u know i love meat but my first month of weight loss i barely ate any.. so if u do it right i can totally see how u lose weight... but.. i love meat lol... you go girl!

Thanks Naiomy, I love meat too...but I love these new size six jeans I bought and it is time to get in them. So we will c how the rest of the week goes
