I went in for my yearly physical today. So, not the LAWL scale but on my physician's scale I'm down almost 3 pounds since last week when I started! woohoo!! :-)

316.6 lb
Lost so far: 2.8 lb.
Still to go: 146.6 lb.
Diet followed 100%.
