Today is the 1st day of week 2 on LAWL for me. I'm feeling discouraged today. I have been following LAWL 100% but my home scale isn't moving at all. I have my yearly physical tomorrow and think I'm going to ask my Dr. to check my Thyroid. My mom and some of her sisters have thyroid problems. I just don't want to fail on losing the weight. I need to drop some of this to be healthier, but my scale isn't moving.

It's easy for me to say I know, but try not to get discouraged, it sounds like you may have thyroid issues and getting it checked is a great idea. You won't fail, you CAN do it, you WILL see results. Hang in there (O:

sometimes it takes a bit for your body to adjust to the new changes. Are you breaking your servings down and spreading them throughout the day? Try to get a little bit of exercise in sometime. Make sure you drink minimum 8 glasses of water. It doesn't hurt to get your thyroid checked by your doctor too.
