I am trying to set new rules for myself including not going for second servings of anything and keeping portion sizes reasonable. Am watching my carbs more and doing more outdoors exercise too.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
