A little frustrated. Yesterday I followed the food rules the best and GAINED!!

I was constipated and definitely didn't poop like i am supposed to. no more bread for me I think :(

Sleep was not as solid last night and I had some weird dreams. Not sure how much of a role the redbull/vodka/cranberry juice played

Still willing to give this stuff a try, maybe after I do the colon cleanse this weekend...
237.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.1 lb a week

Make sure your getting enough fiber and water to help move things along and keep them moving. Constipation can cause weight gain in some people. Alcohol can also inhibit weight loss in some people so you will have to experiment and find out. Keeping track of your food intake is one of the most important parts of weight loss. Studies show people who track their food are the most successful. Get active! Activity also helps regulate your bodies functions and burns calories.
