or atkins.com will also take you there/ They help you take the carbs out of your body so your body will be using your fat for energy. The first two weeks I didn't feel so good because my body was looking for all the carbs but after that I would wake up in the morning and good all day without being tired. Atkins is free and they will send you a book and some bars. They also have a chatroom that helped me out alot when I first started.
