I'm starting a new day with a positive attitude, after a week of hard work, I lost 100g weight, 0,5cm on my waist, 0,5cm on my chest and 1cm on my hips. if I keep it like that by Christmas I will be thinner

Look at you go! 0.3lbs over night. Remember all of those ounces add up to pounds(or g to kg)and the cm's are even better. You're getting close to your goal. Great job!
