Going in the right direction. I still slipped & had a serving of SF taffy yesterday. Overall stayed under 30 net carbs - SUPER HARD!
117.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1749 kcal Fat: 126.79g | Prot: 99.08g | Carb: 72.19g.   Breakfast: land o lakes canola, canola mayo best foods, egg, Eggplant. Lunch: stevia, DARIGOLD HALF & HALF, PURE PUMPKIN, WALNUTS. Dinner: dofino havarti, OLIVE OIL, atkins coconut, weight watchers chicken burger, mushrooms. Snacks/Other: Mini Babybel Light Original, Atkins Peanut Butter Bar, wasabi almonds. more...
losing 1.4 lb a week
