today i exercised for the longest time ever at the health club..but that was also because i kinda let myself in dulge on carbs for lunch..45 mins on the bike and 20 mins on the treadmill..and it felt good! i am going to start working out more and going on different machines..i see that helps me to keep going..i am about staying the same lately..but thanks everyone for your great advice about the dreaded scale!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
