Went to the wedding(s) in Southern Cali and the Carribean Jamaica! It went well..people were saying that I look the same..I'll take that as a compliment!

I have also decided that I am going to go vegetarian..I hope that will also contribute to losing well..only time can tell!

my husband is commenting that i look like i have lost weight and firming up in certain places..but the scale is not showing much significance..but i am trying to be patient with this and not go overboard..i know if i do, i'm afraid might slip the other way...

i lose about a pound every morning but then somehow at night it comes back..i know, i know..stop looking at the scale and smash away...!

today i exercised for the longest time ever at the health club..but that was also because i kinda let myself in dulge on carbs for lunch..45 mins on the bike and 20 mins on the treadmill..and it felt good! i am going to start working out more and going on different machines..i see that helps me to keep going..i am about staying the same lately..but thanks everyone for your great advice about the dreaded scale!
