Down a tad today.

Busy at work. Just had my cereal.

Yesterday was super lazy day. I finished up some homework, played video games, and did no exercise. I ate too much probably.

Dinner was nice - eggs, veggies, turkey meatballs, on a pita.




211.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ended up with a lazy day yesterday, too. I guess bodies sometimes need a rest after a few hard work outs. I made an impossible ham & Swiss pie using whole grain biscuit mix insread of Bisquick; simple & tasty, with Mexican squash as a side. Glad your weight's down a little.

Thanks Crabby Kat. ALMOST went lazy again today, but wifey got me off sofa and I took a walk. It is freezing here! lol, 68 degrees, but I am afraid I am accustomed to 100 degree days. Its windy so I called off the bike. We are on WW soup now for a few days. And swearing off holiday treats for the time being, lol.
