110.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

it's probably mostly water weight - you can get back on track. i had a few bad weekends too. i started planning out my weekend meals ahead of time so that i wouldn't go crazy. i lost the weekend weight in 2 days so it should be ok if you've caught it in time before it settles :)
