Able to put weight on surgical site of foot for first time since Monday. Will start exercising today. Fell completely off the healthy diet wagon for the first time in months last night (worse than Thanksgiving, all the codeine I've been taking?), but hopping back on today. Still managed 2 pound weight loss this week.
