The hardest 2 weeks are NOT Atkins induction
I found the hardest 2 weeks are the 2 weeks AFTER induction. This is the "have faith" phase where your body seems to have to catch up in fat loss to replace the water loss experienced at the beginning. It's exciting to see a big drop at the very beginning but it takes patience, persistence and a little faith to stay the course and see results!

1200 Calories and can't lose weight?
i agree with another poster about weight training -- it helps you build the tissue that will keep your metabolism up and reshapes your body for the better regardless of your weight.

Unless you are powerlifting you will never have muscles that look unshapely... women's bodies are different then men's and you will never look "manly" from doing some weight training.
