Walked the dog at 4:30 am allowing time to shower, primp and get to a weight watchers meeting at 6:30 a.m. Looking forward to a spa trip tonight - for a European bodywork. This has proven helpful in the past during weight loss attempts. I think that the appetite is suppressed with both exercise and with body work.
Today is day ONE. I previously lost 49 pounds on WW, but gained back 40 over the past 3 years. I'd really like to lose it and keep it off. I retire in 2-3 years and need to be at my health PEAK for that experience.
