Back from my official Weight Watchers Weigh in - GREAT NEWS on the same scale last week to this week: lost 2.6 pounds!!

Starting a new Weight Watchers at work group today at noon....looking forward to it - I've been out of WW for 2 years and it really worked for me in the past...FAT SECRET helped me start the logging routine in advance of today's group.
Last night I mowed the lawn - front and back yards, raked storm-related branches, leaves and bark, filling a 90 gallon compost can, put mulch in a flower bed. Great work out!!
Cooked dinner and skipped the extra helpings, drank lots of water. Kind of wanted a beer but skipped it as a clean kick-off to WW starting today.

Walked the dog at 4:30 am allowing time to shower, primp and get to a weight watchers meeting at 6:30 a.m. Looking forward to a spa trip tonight - for a European bodywork. This has proven helpful in the past during weight loss attempts. I think that the appetite is suppressed with both exercise and with body work.
Today is day ONE. I previously lost 49 pounds on WW, but gained back 40 over the past 3 years. I'd really like to lose it and keep it off. I retire in 2-3 years and need to be at my health PEAK for that experience.
