Day 1: 2.28pm

I just had my first celebrity slim cafe latte rapid shake today. I didn't mix it with skim milk as I don't have any in my fridge. I used oat milk instead. It tasted yummy still. Surprisingly, I felt full after drinking 3/4 of it and I don't feel like snacking because I'm full! This is very amazing because I usually feel like snacking after having my main meal.

A typical brunch of mine for the last 2 weeks:
- toast with nutella and peanut butter x2 or instant noodle
- a cup of tea with milk
- a lot of crackers (sometimes dipped with nutella lol)or cookies
- peach x1
- if I'm not satisfied still, I will pick some biscuits up while I'm on the way to work

I just don't feel full.

So, surprise surprise! Celebrity Slim does a good job so far. Hopefully, it will help reducing my bad eating habit. Well, this is my first day on Celebrity Slim Rapid Phase. I can't overly compliment it. Let's see if I survive (not binging/snacking)throughout the day. I will update later.

5.44pm

Hmm. The shake only lasted me for 1.5hours and I started to have a hunger pang at about 4pm. Luckily, I was heading to work place to submit my time sheet and so I had no chance to snack. I got home just before and had another CS shake. The shake failed to make me feel super full this time but it helped to tame my hunger pang. I'm so looking forward to my dinner. It will be unhealthy because my boyfee prepared it >< I will try to control myself hehe. Update later.

12am

Met boyfriend up at about 7.50pm and we decided to have pho. I cheated >< I had a bowl of rice noodle and 3 spring rolls. I'm not allowed to have spring rolls. Then, we went to shop and bought foodies. Urgh, boyfriend is a very bad influence. He urged me to have icecream so I had it. Ok, I shouldn't blame him. My self-control is not strong enough. Intriguingly, I didn't feel full. So, I had a bowl of coleslaw. Sigh! I was't full still so I had half serving of CS rapid shake. I think I need to start drinking more water. I did not have a sip of water today! This can probably explain why I don't feel totally full.

I also don't feel like doing any sort of workout. Shame.

I'm not sure if this is a good start but I will still stick with it.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
