This week was a great improvement compared to the week past. Not only did I reach my set macros for the week with ease, I experienced something I hadn’t in many years; hunger.
Not unusual for some but for someone who struggled to even work up an appetite for years, this is a completely welcomed surprise. 😊
Metabolism rebooting; you ARE working! 💪🏻💪🏻
132.5 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
