Just cruising along, it has not been hard and have found some food that are no longer appealing or that settle well. I hav eno gall bladder and cannot really eat any fried foods and only push it for a fried oreo or twinkie at a county fair or a single piece of chicken that is fried, but now french fries are too much and fried rice are not settling to well. But its no joke when my body says nope I tend to listen. Goodbye french fries. Also have been taking the time to grow my own sprouts, talk about saving money and having a great snack item!!!

i get a tummy ache when i eat oily meat, asada meats are best for me
