my weight held at 206.8 but I had a craving for Chinese yesterday. I some chicken and broccoli on the way home from work last night that I shared with my kids. My two-year-old and my four-year-old both really loved the chicken so I mostly add broccoli soaked in brown sauce. Tonight the wife and I are going on a date to see the August Rush play in Aurora IL. We plan to have dinner so only water for Breakfast and Lunch is my goal... I'll probably have a protien bar on my morning walk.
