I overdid it last night with the chicken. I waited too late to eat and I was starving! My portion control went out the window. Thankfully I don't have any "bad-for-me" foods in the house, so my indulgence was not too bad. I need to work harder at cooking on the weekends for the week. Going to plan for the week this Sunday.
