Well I gained weight, but I ate very well (low calories, low fat, high protien) and my belt fit looser today than yesterday. In other words I'm not worried about it. I am starting to see some of the muscle that I am building and I continue to work out hard about 6 days a week. I did skip yesterday and today however since I was so sore from the weekend, but I don't feel bad about it.
At this point I know I'm headed in the right direction, and I have proven to myself over time that what I am doing is working...
