That darn seafood soup from the Chinese restaurant! 🤬The broth seemed a little too thick. Should have known it had cornstarch in it, and was going to throw me out of ketosis. Lesson learned.
301.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
