Just got my cholesterol numbers and they are not good. Back to the drawing board.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Are you keto? For how long? I am just asking as numbers really stabilize for most people only after a few months in. What part of the cholestol was most problematic?

liv001: All 3 numbers were twice what they should have been. I did not write them down. My lipid panel is normally "normal" with the LDL a tad bit higher than it should be. I have not been following my Keto woe for a good part of the year and really went off the rails beginning in March. I am back on Keto/low carb now and I maintain a 5.3 A1C but it went up to 5.8 last month. I took off 67 lbs. on Keto/Low carb 2 years ago and all my labs were good. For me, sugar is really an addiction. Once I start eating the stuff, I have no self control. I was shocked when I realized how bad my labs were, so it's back to reality.
