I said that I was only going to weigh in on Mondays & Wednesdays.. MOnday as I reported before I picked up 5 lbs after my Thanksgiving feast for 4 days.. lol lol.. got on the scale this morning and so happy to say I lost 3 pounds..

The challenges are right on time, and have me headed back in the right direction.. :)
194.4 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entries for 28 November 2012:
805 kcal Fat: 54.40g | Prot: 52.34g | Carb: 21.93g.   Breakfast: KROGER chicken broth, water (before breakfast). Lunch: broccoli, KROGER chicken broth. Dinner: kraft mexican style cheese, dole just lettuce , Salsa Brava Hot Taco Sauce, ground beef. Snacks/Other: water, cool whip, sugar free raspberry gelatin, DARE, Hot Jalapeno Smoked Snack Stick (2 sticks) , hot & spicy chicharrones. more...

Good job! Most of that weight that you gained over the holidays is probably water weight and you'll probably shed every bit of it over the next few days.

Thank you Toni (Atriel2).. I appreciate that.. I definitely felt like I had soaking in the ocean.. Felt so bloated.. Hopefully you're right... We'll see on Monday.. :)

GO Dorothy GO!! by the end of this week those lbs will be gone. May I make a suggestion to spread out your Mon/Wed weighs to Mon/Thurs? Gives you a little better idea of how things are going and doesn't leave "quite" the gap between weighs from one time to the next from Wed-Mon which will have you wanting to weigh again. DON'T DO IT BECAUSE I SAID SO....it won't hurt my feelings a bit. But just thought it might make it a little easier on you in the long run. I also saw your post about not being able to post a picture. Get all over them girl! We wanna see :D

LOl LOL LOL.. RAchel you are too funny! It sounds like you are feeling a little better.. Thank you girlie.. I might take your suggestion into consideration. I was actually thinking about the days of the weigh in - .. So we will see...I'm going to try and continue sending them notes.. It's ridiculous how they are so non-responsive. Again thank you for the suggestion. TEAMWORK!
