Evenings are my downfall. Any suggestions. I' follow the program to letter during the day - but come evening I feel I must have a snack.
It's a long time between 6 pm and 6 am.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
