The scale says i am smaller, but i feel bigger. I really hope this weight is horribly hard to get rid of. Some days i just feel weighed down by it. Really hope to reach my goal weight around New Years.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
