I guess the only way to say this is slow and steady wins the race, i don't want to be one of those people who lose alto of weight really fast allot gain it back and possibly more. I'm not just dieting to lose weight I'm doing this for a healthier life, I'm learning every day how to do this right. I'm going to do this and I'm going to keep it off.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
