I was sick when I weighed in last time, so I kind of figured I would probably gain since then. I weighed just before yesterday so I could see how I did with all the food. I worked out before we left fir lunch and did some sit ups and push ups just before bed, so I'm sure that helped a little. Over all I actually lost a little weight yesterday.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
