Down another pound this feels good when it comes off like this! I know it's short lived and will slow back up though...
272.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol after the last few days i have had i say take your good days and do a happy dance lol let tommarrow deal with its self pat yourself you lost another pound!:) so today is a good day!
