A bit high on calories, but still below out put. Minimal exercise due to busy must dos prior to surgery. Got all musts done! Blood sugar high in eve bc treated self to a bagel thin. Funny what I consider a treat now.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
