I have followed the diet reasonably well and dont mind it at all.
I do miss my carbs tho some are allowed in a limited way. I think I need to dial back on the sugar free flavored waters and stick with my plain ole good R.O. water and teas however because I'm now craving sweets.

Challenge has been that I dont really feel like eating and lose track of it all when my husband is out of town - then I'm starving and want a bunch of junk. Having the right stuff on hand really helps.

Upcoming challenge is a trip to Hawaii for Thanksgiving. I will exercise portion control and minimize alcholic drinks - lots of water and physical activity will help I think.

I just gave all of my sugar free flavored water packets away yesterday. I just don't feel good about the 'sugar free' craze right now - maybe it's all in my head - but there is absolutely no nutritional value in them so for now I'll stick with lemon or cucumber water ;) good luck!! ;)
