My lord! Congrats again... at this point you will blow your end of the year goal away!I was naughty over the weekend but had a good workout sat. Today sodium is yuck do to a bit of poor planning but I'm thinking even with Thanksgiving I'll be ok. I had a carby dinner last night so not going near the scale today lol. Hope if I get some exercise and flush out this salt and Wed will be under 130 or at least close.
