don't eat VERY tasty eggplant (cheese!) parmigane on a very empty tummy! lol Homemade with homegrown stuff so at least it was not REALLY unhealthy...
156.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
