Okay. Doing good. Not GREAT. But good. I'm happy with that. Saturday is the BIG weigh-in. Going to have an apple day tomorrow. Not looking forward to it, but looking forward to losing weight. Always looking forward to that.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
