I'm a 42-year old pastor in Fresno, CA who realizes that the longer he keeps this weight on, the quicker he's going to see God. And while I believe that isn't a bad thing, I wouldn't want to face Him and have to say that I didn't take care of the blessings he has given me - my wife and my two amazing daughters - just because I couldn't stop from eating a Twinkie... or twenty. I am hopeful that my journey will inspire my kids to stay fit, will allow me to enjoy my life more fully, and will give me more time with my family that I love so much.
